Anambra Solution Innovation District has concluded arrangements to stage her maiden Anambra Innovation Week 2024 with prizes worth N100M to be won in a competition.
The week slated to hold from 25th to 29th November,2024 will feature a competition known as “Battle For Solution”with N100M to be won in cash prizes.
Unveiling the activities lined up for the event in Awka,the Special Adviser to Governor Soludo on Innovation And Business Incubation,Chinwe Okoli,stated that the annual event would showcase the nation’s vast growing technologies and innovations.
“Anambra Innovation Week priorities growth, technologies, inventions and talents as highlighted in our flagship competition called Battle For Solution competition”
She added that the platform was created in fulfillment of the vision of the state government to make the state the Silicon Valley of Africa.
According to her,the event will feature exhibitions, competitions, workshops, masterclasses,plays, keynotes, panel chats and innovation fairs for Small and Medium Enterprises.
While affirming that innovators, policy makers, industry experts,top CEO’s and digital experts were expected to attend event,she pointing out that the nation’s brightest innovators would participate in competition to address critical societal challenges.

Okoli, explained that Solution Innovation District was set up to build,activate and scale up innovations in the state,as well as to build the entire innovation ecosystem comprising digital skills,start ups and platforms.
She said the present administration wants to have community of Inventors, social entrepreneurs, companies and smart artisans who will provide solution to local and global challenges.
