Baltasar Engonga has been arrested by authorities in Equatorial Guinea
An X influencer, Agba John Doe, has responded to the leaked tape of Baltasar Ebang Engonga, the Director General of the National Agency for Financial Investigation.
Baltasar was captured in several of the tapes with the wives of prominent individuals in Equatorial Guinea.
He was subsequently arrested and fired by Equatorial Guinea’s President, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, who has appointed Zenón Obiang Obiang Avomo as the agency.
Sharing his thoughts on the clips on X, Agba John Doe mentioned that most of the women were aware they were being recorded. He also expressed doubt that Baltasar, an economist, would face prosecution for the clips. Additionally, he speculated that Baltasar might only lose his job, but not his marriage or family.
Agba John Doe’s tweet read: “On the man from Equatorial Guinea and the scandal. “Most of those women knew he was recording them. “And he did not release the tapes. “I doubt he would be prosecuted for anything. “Other than losing his job. “He may not even lose his family or marriage. “End.”
