Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to blue-collar professionals, including Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers, and business owners.
- Introduce and pitch SaaS solutions, aligning offerings with the specific needs and challenges of prospects.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and champions, fostering trust and engagement to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Effectively handle objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, share insights, and achieve collective goals.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Continuously learn about the SaaS solutions, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance pitch effectiveness.
- Regularly report progress, challenges, and opportunities to management

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Cold Calling Expertise: Proven success in high-volume cold-calling roles, particularly in outbound sales environments.
- SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions to a variety of audiences.
- Sales Experience: Strong background in engaging and selling to Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers, and business owners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for lead management and tracking interactions effectively.
- Curiosity and Resilience: A natural curiosity to learn, paired with a resilient attitude to overcome objections and challenges.
