The Commissioner for Works Engr. Ifeanyi Okoma said that the government of Prof. Charles Soludo is passionate to solving all of the challenges bedevilling the state.
The commissioner said this during the flag-off of the rehabilitation works on the flood section of Ogbunike -Ogidi road.
He reminded all that the project is the first the governor will flag off after his inauguration because of the love and passion he has for the people of Idemili and Ndi Anambra at large.
According to Commissioner Okoma, it is not only for the people of Ogidi that would benefit when the project is completed but also for everyone plying the ever busy Old Road Section of Enugu -Onitsha Expressway.
He said that being a Federal Road, the governor would have decided to look the other way but he chose to embark on the project to alleviate the sufferings of Ndi Anambra who always encounter flood issues within the area on a yearly basis.
