Ohaneze Ndi Igbo celebrated Chief Dr Engr. Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Iwuanyanwu’s life with a night of Service of Songs and Tributes.
The well attended event was held on Wednesday, the 16th of October at Eko Hotels Convention Centre, Orchid-Lantana Hall, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In acknowledgement of the social status and political clout of Ahaejiagamba, the attendance at the event drew very eminent personalities across ethno-cultural, political parties and religious lines. In attendance were the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Chief Ebitu Ukiwe, former governor of Ogun State, Chief Segun Osoba, Chief Emeka Anyoku and the hierarchy of Ohaneze Ndigbo, deputy leader, Afenifere, Oba Dipo Olaitan, representatives of the Oba of Lagos, Rear Admiral Allison Madueke, Chief Mke Ajaegbo, Iwuanyanwu’s family, traditional rulers and eminent Nigerians.

The solemn ceremony was officiated by very high ranking clerics – Venerable Folorunsho OreOluwa Agbelusi, Vicar, Our Saviour’s Anglican Church, Ikoyi, Rt Revd Ifedola Senasu Gabriel Okupevi, Diocesan Bishop of Lagos Anglican Communion, Revd Dr Chukwuma Opara, Bishop of Owerri Anglican Communion and Most Revd Isaac Nwaobia, Archbishop of Aba Province, Anglican Communion.

Chido Obidiegwu, Okey Bakassi and Oloma, the three finest comperes in Igboland directed the proceedings.
