Police in Lagos, Nigeria, have arrested one Nigerian rapper, Panshak Henry Zamani aka “Ice Prince” for allegedly assaulting and abducting a police officer, who stopped him for driving without a license plate.
This was made known by the Lagos Command Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Benjamin Hundeyin in one of his tweets from his verified Twitter handle.
Speaking, Hundeyin noted that the rapper will be arraigned in court for the alleged assault, abduction, and also threats to throw the police officer into the river.
” At 3 am today, a police officer stopped Ice Prince for driving without license
plates, he agrees to be taken to the station. He, thereafter abducted the police officer in his car, assaulted him and threatened to throw him into the river. He would be arraign in court.”
