A frontline APC Governorship Aspirant, Sir Paul Chukwuma, has extended warm birthday wishes to Hon. Ifeanyichukwu Ibezi, the Director-General of his primary campaign council, describing him as a dedicated patriot committed to the progress of Anambra State.
