It has come to the attention of Anambra State Government that after the State auctioned some revenues channels and winners emerged, some people have been collecting revenues purportedly on behalf of the government without the requisite authorisation.
We hereby put it on record that only 2 companies – Lion of Judah for scrapmetal/welders and Frabricators in Anambra Central and Bigly Oil and Gas for Statewide Heavy Duty loading and offloading have been approved to collect revenues for the government thus far.
Until we finalise other Revenue Heads and formally announce the concessionaires to the public and THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT, any person masquerading as a collector of government revenue shall be promptly arrested and will face prosecution.
The Anambra State Government has mandated Joint Enforcement Team to swing into action and nab these fraudulent people parading themselves as duly approved concessionaires with fake letters.
