The United Kingdom’s former Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has vacated Downing Street to make way for his successor, Liz Truss, 47, who was elected as the new prime minister of the UK.
Speaking outside his former office, Boris Johnson advised his Conservative Party members to get behind Liz Truss.
He enlisted his achievements in office to include the speedy Covid 19 vaccine rollout and the Brexit deal.
He also noted that Britain has the economic strength to get through its current crisis even as many people are forecasting a recession.
Recall that the former UK PM, Boris Johnson was forced to resign from office after a series of scandals and repeated lies.
