The world health body noted that from August 15 to 21, few cases were reported than in the previous four weeks when the numbers were rising.
In their worldwide record, 5,907 cases were reported during the week, compared to 7,477 reported the week before, and in total, 41600 persons were infected, and 12 death have been recorded from 96 countries since the beginning of the year.
